3.1 How to Access Content

After purchasing a subscription (Insider, VIP, or Inner Circle):

1. Confirmation Email: You will receive an email confirming your subscription
2. Account Dashboard: Log in to your account dashboard
3. Instant Access: Browse and access all content available for your tier

3.2 Tier-Based Access

Your subscription tier determines which content you can access:

• Free Tier: Public blog posts, videos, and podcast episodes
• Insider ($9/month): Early access to blog posts + Insider-exclusive content
• VIP ($25/month): Everything in Insider + exclusive member-only videos + early podcast access
• Inner Circle ($99/month): All content + exclusive perks (coming soon)

3.3 Ongoing Access

As long as your subscription remains active, you have unlimited access to:

• All current content for your tier
• New content as it's published
• Archive of past content (subject to tier restrictions)

4. Downloadable Digital Products

4.1 Download Delivery

When you purchase a downloadable product (e-book, template, course, etc.):

1. Confirmation Email: You will receive an email with a download link
2. Account Dashboard: Access download links through your account
3. Download Period: Download links are valid for 30 days after purchase

4.2 Download Limits

Most digital products allow unlimited downloads within the 30-day access period. If you need to re-download after 30 days, contact support@alyssaahoward.com.

4.3 File Formats

Digital products are delivered in common file formats:

• E-books: PDF, EPUB
• Templates: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PSD, AI
• Courses: Accessible through our web platform (no download required)

5. Technical Requirements

To access digital content, you need:

• Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection recommended for video streaming
• Supported Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions)
• Account: Free account creation required for subscription access
• Device: Desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone

For downloadable products, you may need appropriate software to open files (PDF reader, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Did Not Receive Confirmation Email

If you don't receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes:

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Verify the email address on your account is correct
3. Log in to your account dashboard to access content directly
4. Contact support at support@alyssaahoward.com

6.2 Cannot Access Subscription Content

If you purchased a subscription but cannot access tier-restricted content:

• Verify your subscription is active in your account settings
• Log out and log back in to refresh your access permissions
• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Try accessing content from a different browser or device
• Contact support with your account email and subscription details

6.3 Download Links Not Working

If download links are broken or expired:

• Check your account dashboard for a fresh download link
• Ensure your download is within the 30-day access period
• Try a different browser or disable browser extensions that block downloads
• Contact support for a new download link (include your order number and product name)

7. Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

• Access Continues: You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will not renew for the next cycle
• Tier Downgrade: After your billing period ends, you'll revert to the Free tier
• No Refund (After 14 Days): Canceling does not automatically issue a refund (see our Refund Policy)

8. License and Usage Rights

8.1 Personal Use License

All digital content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

• Stream or download content for your personal use
• Access content on multiple devices you own
• Save content for offline viewing (where applicable)

8.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Share your account credentials or download links with others
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit digital products
• Remove copyright notices or attribution
• Upload content to file-sharing sites or torrent networks
• Use content in derivative works without explicit permission

9. Content Updates

We may update, modify, or remove digital content at any time to:

• Correct errors or improve quality
• Update information or resources
• Comply with legal requirements
• Refresh outdated content

For purchased downloadable products, we will notify you of significant updates via email and provide access to the updated version at no charge.
