Last Updated: 2025-11-11
For California Residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grant California residents specific rights regarding their personal information, including the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
What Does "Sale" or "Sharing" Mean?
Under CCPA/CPRA, "sale" is defined broadly and includes:
- Disclosing personal information to third parties for monetary compensation
- Sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads)
- Providing aggregate analytics data that could be tied back to individuals
Does AHE Sell Personal Information?
Alyssa Howard Enterprises, LLC does NOT sell your personal information in the traditional sense (exchanging data for money).
However, we may "share" aggregate, de-identified data with potential advertisers or partners (e.g., "50% of VIP subscribers watch video content weekly"). This aggregate data sharing may qualify as "selling" or "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA definitions.

We collect and may share the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: Email address, account username
- Commercial Information: Subscription tier, purchase history
- Internet Activity: Pages viewed, content accessed, search queries
- Geolocation Data: Approximate location based on IP address
- Inferences: Content preferences, viewing patterns
We do NOT share sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, etc.) with third parties.
Who We May Share Information With
We may share aggregate data with:
- Advertising Partners: Aggregate analytics (e.g., demographics, engagement metrics) to demonstrate audience value
- Analytics Providers: Google Analytics for website performance insights
Service Providers Exempt from "Sale": The following third parties receive personal information solely to provide services on our behalf and are NOT considered "sales" under CCPA:
- Supabase (database and authentication)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Upstash (caching and rate limiting)
- Sentry (error monitoring)
- Printful (merchandise fulfillment)
